Nicolas worked as a Venture Capitalist for 7 years, during which he co-founded Ring Capital, a growth fund with 200M€ AUM. As an investor he deployed 40M€ across 20 deals. As a board member, he worked closely with portfolio companies on operations, helping raise following equity rounds, crafting build-up and M&A strategies.
Valentin started his carrier as a VC in Europe, before making a switch to pursue his passion for the African tech ecosystem. From Dakar, he first led the expansion of a major FinTech, and then worked as a consultant for several firms (McKinsey, eFounders etc.). He now leads Raisers Partners' African team. Valentin graduated from HEC Paris.
Augustin is a seasoned investment banker with a strong interest for deeptech, climate tech and industrial innovations. Since 2016, he has advised on over €70m worth of deals in Europe and Singapore, working for different firms. Prior to Raisers Partners, he supported the launch of Reflexion Capital, an early growth tech fund. Augustin graduated from EMLyon Business School.
Benoît has been working an investment banker for the last 14 years, with a wide experience gained on numerous M&A and debt advisory transactions ranging from a few millions to large billions, across all sectors. Benoît graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, Paris.
Alexandre has worked with more than 500 companies (including the likes of Luko, Ubble, Homa Games or Libeo) to raise non-equity financing. Eager to be even more involved and to have a strategic impact, Alexandre decided to pivot towards equity transactions by joining the Raisers team in late 2022. On the side, Alexandre is an angel investor in early stage tech companies, with 30+ investments in 2022 alongisde tier 1 VC firms.
After 5 years in executive roles in the UK and Africa for different fintechs, Henri joined Raisers Partners to operate fundraising and M&A mandate in Africa. Henri graduated from HEC Paris.
Olivier has been involved in the tech entrepreneurship ecosystem for over 2 years. He gathered experience as a financial advisor at Wilco, which supports innovative startups with non-dilutive funding, and then as a VC analyst at Generis Capital Partners. He started his career in the fundraising and M&A sector for Chausson Finance before joining Raisers in 2022.
Prior to joining Raisers, Amélie gathered experience in financial and strategic advisory firms before focusing on fundraising within investment banks specialized in Seed and Series A. She first worked as a business developer in a Sydney-based marketplace startup dedicated to emerging markets.
