Raisers Partners advises RHIS Solutions on its acquisition by TOL Développement backed by Cervinvest Capital

RHIS Solutions, a French leader player in workforce management and a specialist in time and attendance for multi-site restaurant networks, has entered a new phase of growth following its acquisition by Cervinvest Capital through its holding TOL Développement. This transaction marks the second strategic investment by Cervinvest in the field of workforce management, following its initial platform investment in Truckonline.

With approximately 50,000 users operating across more than 1,400 sites primarily in the quick-service restaurant sector (e.g. KFC, Burger King…), RHIS Solutions has established itself as a leader reference in labor force management for organizations employing distributed teams with atypical and complex scheduling needs. Its integrated software platform supports day-to-day coordination by aligning staffing decisions with operational requirements while maintaining regulatory compliance and financial discipline.

RHIS Solutions’ platform addresses five key dimensions of workforce management:

  1. Planning: Intelligent scheduling aligned with business activity, employee skills, and availability.
  2. Time & Attendance: Real-time tracking of worked hours with automated payroll variables and compliance controls.
  3. HR Administration: Centralized employee data, digital documents, and streamlined HR workflows.
  4. Operational Performance: Staffing & time management KPIs, alerts, and reporting to monitor performance and optimize operations. All functionalities are available via a dedicated mobile application.
  5. Employee Experience & Employer Branding: Collaborative employee portal and personalized workflows designed to strengthen engagement and reinforce a strong employer brand.

In addition, RHIS Solutions offers dedicated consulting, audit, and training services, enhancing the effective deployment and adoption of the software platform across client organizations. This service offering provides teams with sector-specific best practices and tailored training programs, enabling managers and employees to build strong and sustainable HR capabilities.

This strategic transaction enables RHIS Solutions to join a consolidated, multi-vertical software platform within the Cervinvest group, creating synergies across labor-intensive industries. Leveraging shared resources and expertise, RHIS Solutions is positioned to accelerate long-term growth and expand both geographically and into adjacent sectors beyond quick-service restaurants.
